			A short while later Balfina would be reunited with an old friend, as her former First Mate Poppy Bloomshroom arrived in Stormlight along with the rest of [[The Pumped-Up Honchos]]. They were there on a number of missions, including seeking an audience with [[The Conclave]]. However, when she arrived she was shocked to find her erstwhile Captain hiding away after her failed assassination. Disappointed, but not willing to give up on her friend, Poppy and The Honchos worked in and around Stormlight to help stabilise things, including weeding out the [[Zhentarim]] threat hiding within the tower.

			Through the support of Poppy in the face of her recent failings, Balfina managed to find some of the zeal that she had lost during the assassination attempt. During [[The Bombing of The Black Bear]] she stepped back into the flames to save the very person who had attempted to kill her and The Honchos, and then later during [[The Theft of the Stormlight Orb]] Balfina was seen facing down angry and scared gangs of people, helping to deescalate acts of violence and looting, and showing the scared population that their leaders were fighting for them.
