Background
Hailing from No Man's Landing on the island of Sandholm, Hermelynn Balfina's early life was marked by poverty and hardship. Witnessing the disparity between the haves and have-nots instilled in her a strong sense of justice. She eventually formed a crew of like-minded individuals (including Poppy Bloomshroom) and acquired a ship, The Reckless Princess, becoming a crew of self-styled privateers who hunted down those who exploited others.
